I’m Bentley, the owner of BP Lawns.
BP Lawns stands for Ben’s Premier Lawn & Landscape.
My interest in lawn care started with mowing our backyard and helping my grandpa with yard work. When a neighbor gave me an old mower, I started taking care of his yard, then picked up more customers from there.
Mowing and cleanups are my favorite jobs. I like seeing a yard come together and knowing the customer is happy with the result. I’m honest, easy to work with, and willing to put in the effort. I enjoy learning new skills and finding ways to improve my work.
My goal is to grow BP Lawns into a larger company with a team that takes as much pride in the work as I do. I want to build lasting relationships with customers and earn a reputation that makes people comfortable choosing us and recommending us to someone else.

You’re booked for your chosen winter season as soon as you submit. We’ll follow up to confirm your property details and per-visit pricing. There’s no fixed service date—snow clearing and salting visits are arranged around snowfall and conditions.

Do you offer regular mowing and one-time cleanups?
Yes. We offer regular, ongoing mowing and one-time cleanups, including leaf cleanup, seasonal cleanup, and garden-bed cleanup. Tell us what you need and we’ll confirm the work and schedule with you.
How do I schedule service?
Use the booking form to send your property address, job details, and preferred day if you have one. We’ll call or text to confirm availability, pricing, and an arrival time. Your visit is booked once we confirm it with you. Advance winter bookings are booked for the season when submitted; snow and weather determine visit timing.
How is the price worked out?
We price each job around the time, work, and materials your property needs. Here are the main things that affect the price:
Mowing: Lawn size, grass height and thickness, how much trimming and edging is needed, and obstacles, slopes, or tight access that can take extra time.
Cleanups: The size of the area, the amount of leaves, weeds, sticks, or other yard debris to clear, and any gathering, bagging, or removal you want included.
Mulch and landscaping: The bed or project size, any cleanup or preparation needed, and the type and amount of materials involved.
Snow services: The clearing area, snow depth, wet or packed snow, slopes, and access. View winter starting prices and early booking.
To work out your price: Text us clear photos of the yard and areas needing attention, your property address, and a description of the work. We’ll go over what’s included, any material or debris-removal needs, and the price with you before the job is booked.
How should I get my yard ready?
Please unlock any gates and pick up toys, hoses, and other loose items before the visit. Let us know about anything that affects access to the yard.
What kinds of cleanups can I request?
Leaf cleanup, spring and fall cleanup, garden-bed cleanup, and pickup of fallen sticks or smaller branches. Describe the areas you want done so we can confirm the work with you.
